All of them. Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Bryant, Goodman, Rheem, Payne, Amana, York, American Standard and more. If it heats or cools your home, we can work on it.
What brand do you install?
We install the full Payne® residential lineup — furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems and more — chosen for reliability, efficiency and value. We can also discuss other options to fit your needs.

What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with emergency service available.
How often should I have my system serviced?
Once a year for each system — heating in the fall, cooling in the spring. Regular maintenance prevents breakdowns, protects your warranty and lowers your energy bills.
Should I repair or replace my system?
A good rule of thumb: if your system is over 12–15 years old and the repair is a large share of replacement cost, replacement usually makes more financial sense. We'll give you an honest recommendation either way.
Do you install whole-house humidifiers?
Yes. Michigan winters are dry. A whole-house humidifier connects to your furnace and adds comfortable moisture throughout your home. See Indoor Air Quality.
